Degreasing

During most stamping processes, grease as needed to act as a lubricant for the metal-to-metal contacting that shapes the part. As our parts are processed by our customers to manufacture their final products, there are specific demands to the remaining grease levels allowed, or the surface condition for subsequent printing, or protection. To ensure we can meet these demand, we have two sets of PERO automated de-greasing lines. For those parts that are not stainless, we sometimes have to spray an anti-corrosion film on our parts, which is also done automatically, when requested, in our degreasing process.
