Gas flow dosing systems, used for example for heating homes and buildings, all contain specific orifices to arrange the right mixture of gas and air. These orifices for the heating system manufacturer have one import demand, the repetitiveness of the shape and the small hole. This is required to make sure that the dosing of the gas flow is constant.
For several gas dosing systems, KeyTec produces different types of orifices, small deep drawn cups with a very small punched hole in the middle. The base material is formed by coil strip of 0,25 mm thickness where holes are punched even down to 0,12 mm. This with precision stability over millions of orifices produced per year.
